Submission
Submission of the camera ready
In the final submission of your camera ready after you receive the notification of acceptance, please follow these four processes:
(1) Please use IEEE template files (US Letter size).
(2) Please put copyright information in footnote of the 1st page of your camera readey instead of "XXX-X-XXXX-XXXX-X/XX/$XX.00 @20XX IEEE".
-For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright
-For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is: 978-1-5386-3401-1/17/$31.00 @2017 Crown
-For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union, the copyright notice is: 978-1-5386-3401-1/17/$31.00@2017 European Union
-For all other papers the copyright notice is: 978-1-5386-3401-1/17/$31.00 @2017 IEEE
(3) Please check that PDF of your camera ready is valid for IEEE xplore via IEEE PDF eXpress site. Conference ID is 42584X.
(4) Please submit your camera ready to Easy Chair: it means overwriting (updating) PDF file you submitted for review.
The format of the paper submitted for review is as follows:
-The paper you submit should include title, abstract, keywords, and an introduction followed by body text.
-Body text is in two-column format.
-Paper length is from 4 to 6 pages.
Please use template file for submission for review. Sorry, we have only WORD style template.
#Please note that we are under process with a society that cooperates on ICBAKE2017. The accepted papers may be needed to change its format in the process of the final paper submission. In such case, we will make an announcement for the author of the accepted papers about this change.
Submission Site
We use EasyChair as a submission site. Please login to EasyChair and select ICBAKE2017 as a conference for submission.
Please note that you have to select one of topics from Organized Sessions 1-3 and outside of organized sessions. If you want to submit your paper to Organized Session, please choose one of them. If you want to submit to general session, please choose the outside of organized session.
